The CPU, RAM, NVMe storage and monthly transfer shown on your chosen plan, plus root access. This is a self-managed Linux service. Public IPv4, public IPv6 and daily backups with 14-day retention are included when enabled. Managed application administration and paid software licenses are not included.
Will my server renew automatically?
Only when the product and checkout explicitly identify a recurring subscription. Standard one-month products need a separate payment for the next month. Contact support with your existing order number before renewing so the payment is assigned to the right service.
How soon will I receive access?
Your server is created and access details are delivered within 10–15 minutes after successful payment, subject to applicable consumer cancellation-period start arrangements. Watch your order email for the delivery instructions.
Can I move to a larger plan?
Contact support before purchasing an upgrade. Resource changes may involve a migration or restart. We will confirm the available configuration, billing adjustment and any interruption before proceeding.
Do you manage my applications or backups?
You manage your operating system, applications and security updates. Daily backups with 14-day retention are included when enabled. Extended retention adds 1% of the base monthly VPS price per extra day. Keep an independent copy of important data and test recovery.
Where can I deploy?
Available locations are listed on the product configuration page. Choose according to your audience and data requirements. Ask support about any specific latency, residency or network requirements before ordering.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Yes. Contact support with your order number. Subscription cancellation controls are available in your account when enabled. Refund requests and statutory withdrawal rights are explained in our refund and cancellation policy.
